We offer wholesale access to approved retail partners who wish to carry our branded products. Our wholesale collection includes a curated selection of our best-selling items, with consistent availability and a focus on craftsmanship.

Please note: personal orders placed through our wholesale program will not be accepted. All wholesale sales are final unless items arrive damaged.

Our Wholesale Terms
RESALE
Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, or Facebook Marketplace. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website.
ORDER MINIMUMS
Minimum Opening Order/Reorder: $150 USD (before shipping costs)
Minimum Quantities:
Buyers order by the case. All items (except candles) come in case size of 10 items. Candles are case size of 12.
1 cases of each item scent/size.
PAYMENTS ACCEPTED
Payments will be processed exclusively through our website or Faire.
FULFILLMENT TIMES
Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 5-7 business days. If your order requires special attention - like additional packaging or barcoding - that could extend our fulfillment time on your order.
If you need an order expedited, we are usually able to accommodate that—please email info@petrichorandflame.com to request expedited fulfillment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email info@petrichorandflame.com within 10 days of receipt with images of the damaged or defective items.
If you order through our Faire page, you may be able to make a return through Faire and should contact them directly: support@faire.com.
PACKAGING
All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. All items packaged as sets must be sold as sets. Removing items from their original packaging or breaking up sets may result in denial of future orders.
PHOTO USAGE
Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide attribution to @petrichorflame for all social media channels(Instagram and TikTok). Failure to provide attribution may result in denial of future orders and in some cases, filing DMCA copyright takedowns.
Photos may be downloaded directly from our website listings for use ONLY by our retailers.
Please also note that failing to provide attribution can hurt both Petrichor + Flame and the retailer’s reputation. In the past, we have had online followers find Petrichor + Flame items on retailers’ social media pages and then message us to let us know that this retailer is stealing Petrichor + Flame products or product photography. To avoid this, we ask for clear and visible attribution when using Petrichor + Flame product photography.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Buyers in most European countries are currently able to order Petrichor + Flame products through our Faire storefront: petrichorflame.faire.com.
Countries supported by Faire include: the United States, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the U.K.
We currently do not fulfill direct wholesale with countries outside of those listed above.
Please note that lead times are longer for international orders and shipping can take up to 6 weeks with current global supply chain issues.
